MEGAN VERTELLE
Megan is an award winning Set Decorator, most recently known for her work decorating the 2022 Amazon Prime production "Rings of Power", named the 2023 ADG Winner of Excellence in Production Design of a One Hour Fantasy Single Camera Series.
Megan has worked on many large scale projects across a variety of genres. Noteworthy credits include Netflix's "Sweet Tooth", MTV’s "The Shannara Chronicles", HBO's S2 of "Our Flag Means Death" and the soon to released remake of the classic Universal monster pic "Wolfman".
Megan has a passion for the creation of fantasy worlds and for recreating historical backdrops. She relishes the challenge of bringing together teams of artists and technicians who can work well together under pressure to deliver beautifully detailed and high quality sets.
Megan is a professional member of The Set Decorators Society of America (SDSA) and Women in Film and TV NZ (WIFT).
When not on a film set, Megan is happiest on her semi-rural plot with pet chickens and a good book.
